Dill is a very aromatic herb, with a sweet, fresh and anise-like flavor. In all preparations, dill provides a unique flavor, and to take advantage of it, it is preferable to add it at the end of cooking.
It is wonderful for dips with fresh creams and white cheeses. It is also a great ally for white fish and salmon, whether marinated or baked. It is delicious with potatoes, cucumber salads and hard-boiled eggs. For the Germans and the Nordics the Dill is a must!
