Chimichurri is used to accompany grilled meats, choripanes or to marinate fish and poultry; it is also used as a salad dressing. This sauce has the quality of enhancing the flavor of the meat and is considered to have contributed to the international fame of roasting. For sauce; For each tablespoon of dry Chimichurri, add first a tablespoon of vinegar and then two tablespoons of olive oil, in this order.
