Cardamom

Its seeds have a unique flavor and aroma, bitter and sweet at the same time, floral with citrus notes. Cardamom is often used in cooking to flavor and add flavor to foods. It is one of the most highly regarded spices, considered the third most prized after saffron and vanilla. It is very common in Indian and Asian cuisine, but we can incorporate it into our regular recipes.
